Flight operations have resumed at the Murtala Muhammad Airport domestic terminals in Lagos after the suspension of the strike declared by the organized Labour.
The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) have suspended the indefinite strike which commenced Monday, leading to the grounding of flight operations across the country, with the aviation unions joining the strike.
Airlines have now started resuming operations after losing a whole day of parking their aircraft.
The MMA2 showed that as of 11:00 am, many passengers were at the entrance waiting for the Labour Union to call off the strike.
However, with the strike suspended for one week, flights operations are gradually resuming.
